Rino virus

So this whole week has been full of fun and excitement and by fun and excitement I mean that I have had a chest cold. the good news about that is that coughing 10,00,000 times a day is evidently better than doing crunches because my solar plexes are sore and I have a little bit of definition in the gut that I did not have before.
